Felicea is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been working with children and families for more than thirty years in a variety of settings, She has worked in the areas of special education, School Social Work, and homelessness. Felicea retired after thirty years of service with Fairfax County Public Schools and is currently in private practice in Fairfax Virginia. 

Betty Petersilia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).  Betty retired in 2018 after 40 years of service with Fairfax County.  She has worked on behalf of children, youth and families throughout her career with the Department of Family Services, the Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board (CSB) and Healthy Minds Fairfax.
