John Martin obtained his master’s degree in clinical social work from the Catholic University of America in 2021. During his first graduate internship, John worked as a case manager at Rising For Justice in Washington, DC where he connected adults and adolescents to resources in their respective communities. In his advanced year internship, John worked with youth and families experiencing grief and trauma at the Wendt Center for Loss & Healing in Washington, DC. 

John is currently a graduate therapist at Healthy Foundations Group in Bethesda, MD. John works with adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, bipolar disorder, relational issues, and life transitions. John has a passion for working with youth and families, with a particular emphasis on Black youth and families.
