Mostafa Sadeghi, CPA has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1983 and has worked as CPA for a medium size CPA firm in Washington DC for about 7 years as manager  in charge of audit and tax department. Since 1989, Mostafa started his own practice in northern VA  serving different types of clients - both individuals and businesses. He has over forty years experience  in accounting, auditing, taxation and business consultation. Prior to moving to the United States Mostafa  was working for major international CPA firms to include Price Waterhouse, Coopers, Pete Marwick  overseas. 

Mostafa serves as president of two associations for the last ten years and has also worked as an expert  witness in accounting and taxation areas in Fairfax County Court. His memberships include the  American Institute of Public Accountants, Virginia Society of CPAs, Greater DC Society of CPA, Virginia  Society of Tax & Accounting Professionals, National Society of Tax Professional and Maryland Society  of Accountants. He has licenses in the District of Columbia, City of Fairfax , and the VA State Board of  Accountancy. He obtained his master’s degree in Accounting from Roosevelt University, Chicago,  IL where he graduated with honors. His undergraduate degree is in Accounting and Auditing. Mostafa  is married and has two sons in college. He enjoys swimming, and traveling,
