Grace Hipona
Grace Hipona is a Licensed Professional Counselor for NeuroPsych Wellness Center, PC and holds a Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision. Her dissertation's focus was on disaster mental health (specifically sheltering-in-place). She is also a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor and Board Approved Clinical Supervisor. Her experiences over the past 20 years include working in private practice, managing behavioral health programs, teaching graduate students, and providing supervision for masters-level counseling students and counselors-in-residence.

Britney Wagoner

Britney is a dedicated and compassionate marriage and family therapist, she recently graduated with a master's degree from Capella University. With a strong commitment to supporting couples, adults, young adults, children, and families, Britney utilizes a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, including narrative therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Bowen Family Systems, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
As a military spouse, Britney has a profound understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics faced by military families. This personal connection enriches her practice, allowing for tailored support that resonates deeply with clients in similar situations.
Britney is passionate about helping individuals navigate complex issues such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD, fostering resilience and healing within families and relationships. With a holistic approach and an empathetic ear, Britney is dedicated to empowering clients on their journey toward emotional well-being.

Abeer Akhtar

Abeer earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in pre-med from Marymount University. She then pursued Optometry after her bachelor's degree which led her to work for LensCrafters for two years. After years of Optometry work, she decided she wanted a career change and chose to follow her passion, which has always been Psychology. Abeer made a switch to Clinical Therapy. She has completed her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Therapy from Liberty University. Currently, Abeer is doing her residency to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) at ICNA Relief. She is the Regional Program Manager for the Behavioral Health Department at ICNA Relief and provides individual and group psychotherapy alongside workshops and seminars for health literacy. Recently Abeer has joined HUB as a Clinical Resident Therapist to provide Therapy for the community.
 
She is an extremely passionate and culturally competent counselor associate, fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi. Abeer strives to make a difference in the lives of each of her clients, peeling back one layer at a time to educate and promote mental health.

Jaimon Jefferson
​Jaimon is a Resident Clinician and Registered Behavior Technician. She has 9 years of experience working directly with children, specifically early intervention within special education across settings. She has provided emotional and behavioral support, crisis management and intervention. She utilizes play-based, person-centered, and solution-focused approaches in her work with children. She thrives on creating a safe space and healthy relationships to assist with self-sufficiency, self-advocacy, and confidence while navigating life.

Carmen Diaz
Carmen has over 28 years of experience in clinical mental health and as a professor in psychology in her country at a prestigious university. Due to her background and extensive expertise in psychology as a mental health professional, she has made it her life's work to understand the troubles people face and to help them. She has extensive experience providing therapy services to her clients of all age ranges, from children, adolescents, to adults.

She loves to help the community thrive and be part of the solution in helping marginalized populations receive quality and compassionate care. She credits her success as a clinician to learning to address client’s needs first and helping new immigrants embrace their journey. She knows what it is like to be in a totally new in unfamiliar culture which drives her to help bridge the cultural divide.
